General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope & Provider

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, bookings, and registrations made via Wild-Hugs.com.

WildHugs operates internationally and offers physical products, digital content, events, and retreats worldwide.

2. Contract Formation

The presentation of products, programs, events, or retreats on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer.

A binding contract is formed once:

the customer completes the booking or purchase process, and
payment has been successfully processed, and
the customer receives a confirmation email.

️ 3. Physical Products (Merchandise)

3.1 Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may include taxes where required.
Payment is processed via Stripe or PayPal.

3.2 Shipping

Shipping times and costs are displayed during checkout.
International shipping may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

3.3 Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase of physical goods within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email:

Returned goods must be:

unused
undamaged
in original condition

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the goods have been received.

3.4 Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened
custom-made or personalized products

4. Digital Products & Online Programs

4.1 Access & Delivery

Digital content is delivered via email, account access, or download.

4.2 No Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing digital content, the customer expressly agrees that:

access begins immediately, and
the right of withdrawal expires once delivery has started.

Refunds for digital products are excluded.

️ 5. Events (Workshops, Temple Nights, One-Day Events)

5.1 Booking & Payment

Event bookings are binding once payment is completed.

5.2 Cancellation by Participant

Unless stated otherwise:

Cancellation up to 14 days before the event: full refund
Cancellation less than 14 days before the event: no refund

Tickets are transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.3 Cancellation by Organizer

WildHugs reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, the ticket price will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.

5.4 Responsibility & Participation

Participation is at your own responsibility.
Our events are not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological counseling.

6. Retreats (Multi-Day Programs)

6.1 Booking & Payment

Retreat bookings are binding. Payment plans may be offered.

6.2 Cancellation by Participant

Unless otherwise stated in the retreat description:

Cancellation up to 30 days before retreat start: refund minus administrative fee
Cancellation less than 30 days before retreat start: no refund

Participants may nominate a replacement participant upon approval.

6.3 Cancellation by Organizer

If a retreat is canceled by WildHugs, all payments will be refunded.
Travel or accommodation costs outside the retreat package are excluded.

6.4 Health & Responsibility

Participants are responsible for assessing their physical, emotional, and mental suitability.
Retreats do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment.

⚖️ 7. Liability

WildHugs is liable only for intent and gross negligence.
Participation in all offerings is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

To the extent legally permitted, Mexican law shall apply.
Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country remain unaffected.

9. Final Provisions

Should individual clauses be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
